No toolchains found in the NDK toolchains folder for ABI with prefix: arm-linux-androideabi

1.我们在跑新工程的时候，在编译的时候，会有一下fail错误提示：

No toolchains found in the NDK toolchains folder for ABI with prefix: arm-linux-androideabi

参数这个问题是因为ndk的版本和build不匹配导致的。

常见的就是要动态指定ndk的版本即可，配置如下：

1.该错误是因为NDK工具导致的。我们可以在build的文件中指定配置一下即可。

No toolchains found in the NDK toolchains folder for ABI with prefix: arm-linux-androideabi_linux

新增： ndkVersion ‘22.1.7171670’

2.另外也可以在sdk->ndk-bundle->toolchains下增加缺少的插件。
首先从https://developer.android.google.cn/ndk/downloads?hl=zh-cn下载最新的ndk版本，解压后从中找到缺少的文件夹，然后复制到本地的目录下即可。

推荐使用第一种方案。
